Hello, July and my beautiful peonies🌞🌷🧺*:・
There’s something soft and sacred about the first day of a new month – like opening a fresh notebook and smelling the first page, untouched and full of possibility.
This morning, I woke up with that quiet sense of hope July always brings. The year has officially tipped into its second half. Can you believe that? Six months behind us, six ahead. It feels like a checkpoint—a gentle pause where I can breathe, reflect, and realign.
June taught me things I didn’t expect: how to rest when needed, how to let go of what’s too heavy, and how to lean into joy without guilt. It wasn’t perfect, but it carried its own kind of magic – messy, human, healing.
Now July arrives with her golden glow. There’s warmth in the air, literal and emotional. The mornings are longer, the evenings slower, and my heart feels a little more open. This month, I want to soften. To live less from a to-do list and more from my soul. I want to water my routines like a garden – consistently and gently.
My intentions for July:
❀࿐ Drink more water and romanticize it like it’s a love potion 🍶
❀࿐ Move my body with kindness, not pressure 🧘♀️
❀࿐ Write more—poetry, blog posts, thoughts at midnight 🖋️
❀࿐ Say yes to new memories and no to unnecessary obligations
❀࿐ Let nature hold me—walks, sunlight, quiet moments under the trees 🌿
I’m reminding myself that transformation doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it’s in the quiet consistency. The way we choose peace, the way we show up for ourselves. Every day. Gently. On purpose.
Welcome, July. Let’s make it slow, sweet, and soulful.
With love, cuddles and warmth,
TJ 💌
